This was pretty good but watery, so I had to finish it off in the oven. May use a tad less mustard the next time.
FYI it's evident that you could ruin the sauce if you skimp and use cheap ingredients.

I replaced the katchup with Honey BBQ sauce, I replaced the Viniger with apple juice, I replaced Worcestershire sauce with A-1 sauce and did not use liquid smoke.

Sauce tasted great until it turned into soup. Now I have to find a way to reduce the watery sauce to make it thicker. Annoying...won't be for dinner tonight!

You can always thicken any sauce with a little flour or cornstarch.

If the sauce is to thin after cooking, separate the ribs from the sauce and reduce on the range.

I joined this link just so I could post this review. These were the best pork ribs I've ever made and restaurant quality! I followed the recipe except I only cooked them for four hours on low. Any longer and they would have been overdone. I used country-style pork shoulder ribs, some with bones. The sauce was delicious. Can't wait to try again.

Cook on low for 4 hours. Finish on grill or oven broiler. !) hours is a long time even for a slow cooker for these. You will end up with something that tastes fine but will be closer to a pulled pork than a rib. Also if your feeling lazy, just use your favorite bottled BBQ sauce and add a few extra spice you have in the pantry.
